Soul Nourish Works was founded by a healthcare professional with the vision of helping Indians transform their physical and emotional health. The Studio Green kitchen was started in Pune with the vision of giving Indians a diet plan that is healthier, lighter, encourages movement and exercise – all while being super tasty.

Our meal plan deploys different flavour profiles from all across the world while using Indian indigenous ingredients and ayurvedic herbs. We believe in giving our customers personalized meals that taste just like home. We don’t just take client feedback, we make our clients part of the process by developing a menu that meets special dietary needs.

Most importantly, we encourage exercise and mindfulness. After all, nutrition is the 70% but the balanced health goal is exercise and meditation!
